Nadirah Muhammad (BA, Writing and Rhetoric '20) recently published an interview with Kari Miller, founder and CEO of International Neighbors, an organization that supports refugee and immigrant families building new lives in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Dr. Lawrence, Associate Professor and alumna of the Professional and Technical Writing (PTW) program at GMU, researches vaccine beliefs and teaches courses in proposal writing.

Jessie Wiggins is a PhD student in the Writing and Rhetoric program and a Graduate Writing Coordinator in the Writing Center.

Dr. Douglas Eyman is an Associate Professor of Writing and Rhetoric. His research spans a wide range of topics under the professional and technical writing umbrella, including the use of generative AI in composition, new media scholarship, teaching in digital environments, and video games as sites of composition.

Dr. Isidore Dorpenyo, Associate Professor in George Mason University’s Professional and Technical Writing (PTW) Program, is redefining technical communication by integrating it with user advocacy, social justice, and civic design in elections.
