Robyn Russo is a Ph.D. student in the Writing and Rhetoric Program at George Mason University and an Associate Professor of English at Northern Virginia Community College's Loudoun Campus, where she teaches college composition, along with the occasional literature or ESL course. From May 2015 through August 2018, she also served as Assistant Dean for the Loudoun Campus English department.

Her research interests include writing across the curriculum and multilingual writers, particularly the intersection of these two fields. With more than nine years in community colleges, she is also interested in writing program administration to foster student success in open-access institutions.
